About 

Emily teaches alongside her career as a performing artist. 

Her classes have a creativity focus and explore the felt sense and breath through artful smart movement patterns. 

She blends spiralling, cross patterned and pulsing movement into the yoga which awaken a reimagined sense of the core. 

Her teaching springs from a passion for the psychosomatic aspect of the practice and a deep love of movement. Classes cultivate our sensitivity to the body, to our creativity, and to our ability to meet challenge and intensity mindfully. 

Emily is a long term meditator. Her yoga practice and teaching span over 25 years. She trained with Mercedes Ngoh @ Yeotown. Her long term teacher is Jean Hall.
